I was required to upgrade phone to 5G service in my area. Explained my situation to your salesperson, was assured that this would be the correct option and then found I was unable to use this phone because it was incompatible with my Verizon service so I had to make a second 40 mile trip to return it.

It took me a few hours, but I was able to transfer all of my existing data from my Samsung A01 to the current A13 myself. The battery life also seems to last longer than on the other phone. I think I upgraded my phone game and didn't need to change wires or my phone number in the process.

Piece of crap phone. I never activated when i first got it. Judt did a week ago and it only malfunctions. Screen doesn't respond. It gltiches and freezers every time i try to unlock the screen. If i can finally restart it ir wont come back on for 10 minutes. I cant answer phone calls if its locked xause the screen wont respond and it makes me miss important messages. Paid nearly 200. Do not buy a phone from best buy. Had i known it would not be returnable i wouldnt have gotten it. Now its stopping over and over w a system error. This is the 1st time i have been able to use it

It ok. Verizon phone is good. I like the Verizon prepaid phone. You can go anywhere to get minutes card for the service

I purchased this phone for my daughter and she loves it!

Returned the product because I was unable to activate it. It showed signal and does not allow for setup using WiFi. (Service was not the problem as Verizon works fine here and we actually went to a VZW store and got a phone from them instead, which works fine.

I was in need of a new phone and this was a great pick. I love it ! Works great

Phone works well. I purchased the protection plan which was a good thing. There was a need to replace the phone, the plan covered the entire replacement.

THE PHONE ALREADY QUIT WORKING JUST ABOUT A MONTH INTO IT AND THE PHONE AFTER BEING PLUGGED INTO CHARGER WILL ONLY LIGHT UP WITH A EMPTY SCREEN ITS NOT A WHITE COLOR BUT A BLUE GRAY NATURAL COLOR. pROBABLY HAVE TO WRITE IT OFF AS A LOSS DOUBT i CAN GET A REPLACEMENT WITHOUT SOME LARGE FEE.
