Screen is not impact resistant dropped it and screen shattered, luckily bought 2 ,so for the price I got what I paid for. Strongly recommend purchasing a shatterproof screen protector with this phone.

I have been enjoying this phone so far. I like the feel of it and ease of use, although there are many annoying functions that work one way one time and another the next. That bothers me to no end, but I'm also still learning, so there could very well be shortcuts to these functions that I haven't discovered yet. While the phone is sleek and feels good in my hand, it's slippery. Anyone planning on purchasing this phone needs to go ahead and purchase a case to go with it. I don't care what the description and specifics claim, it had very little memory. I have hardly any apps downloaded outside of what came preloaded on the phone and it's been giving me these annoying notifications about how many files I've downloaded and that I'm running out of memory. It's all the time. Luckily, I know how to resolve this issue myself, but it gets tedious having to do it so often as I have been.

Needed a easy use phone for a plane trip. Didn't want to much $$ invested. This phone is great, does just as much as my home Iphone! Small memory, but easily fixed by adding a bigger card. Thought is was going to be my "disposable phone" nope - keeping it!

Love everything about this phone. Only positive experiences with all Verizon Prepaid Samsung phones. Very easy to set up & navigate. Perfect size, fast downloads, very clear pictures & streaming if you enjoy movies&music. Downside: sometimes volume is an issue, it's too low& no ability to adjust it, the battery doesn't last very long & it comes w apps you'll never use that take up space. Otherwise, giving this high quality phone a 5 star review for the price.

This Samsung A01 has a sophisticated, well laid out screen, and reaction time to commands. There are various features such as increasing font, touch and pressure to accommodate your commands. Online surfing is swift. Very easy to control lighting and nightime Do Not Disturb features. Option to Block robocalls is a plus. Thus far, I have blocked a significant number of telemarkeyers and unsolicited robocalls - upward of 80. Negative are the side controls which do not easily respond to my pressure to turn off or restart phone. This could be because of the cover, I am unsure. A LOT FOR THE PRICE.

Its clean and fast... seems to work very well for my youngest son. I like the size also seems to be a perfect fit for these kids!.... thanks

This is a good phone and it is easier to use than my old phone. I like the size of the phone and it fit comfortably in my hand.

Good phone, worked fine for over a year. 16GB memory runs out a little quickly if you have more than a few apps, so upgraded to the 32GB when I could. The SD card helped for extra storage, but didn't help with apps. Otherwise, the phone worked fine for over a year, no issues with it. Excellent battery life. Good service, reasonable price with Verizon.

I purchased the phone for myself as a Christmas gift. I love some of the many features my three year old phone didn't have. A bigger screen for one thing. Easy to navigate around too.

A great phone but definitely lacking on memory. I only have a few apps but they seem to always have the phone at capacity.

The phone works great, but don't let them activate it. This was the second phone in 3 days I had to purchase because they messed up the SIM card of the first phone I bought. I spent my entire day off running to 2 different VZW stores only to be told I had to return the first phone and buy a new one. Moral of the story the phone works amazing and just log in to your pre-pay account and transfer the SIM card yourself. The store does not carry a case for any of the prepay phone but I found lots of cute cases for chap on Amazon.

The Verizon Prepaid - Samsung Galaxy A01 with 16GB Memory Prepaid Cell Phone - Black is a great phone. The screen is clear & bright. The call quality is excellent & battery lasts the whole day. I suggest installing an SD Card for addition storage of photos, music & videos. You'll really enjoy the quality of the pictures & editing feature built into the phone. Of course Best Buy had the very best everyday price on this phone but I purchased it on sale & saved $20.

I've had my eye on this phone for a while since I was in desperate need of a new one. Best Buy had it cheaper than any other retailer. Now that I have had some time to get used to it I really enjoy it. The display is very smooth and apps open with ease. It has great battery life and I love the features.

This is perfect for a young kid. It's easy to use, and he enjoys playing his games that he downloaded from the play store.

I purchased this phone for my husband for Father's Day 2020. He only uses the phone to talk, text, light surfing the web, and checking Facebook. He really likes it. The volume is great when he has on speaker. The color looks very vibrate and clear when watching a video. Takes great pictures. I'm very please as well.

I bought this as a "burner" phone for a 2 month long roadtrip to be able to access the internet for a little "on the road" work, as I usually just carry a flip phone. I was very pleased, it worked well and was easy to use. It also took excellent pictures during the vacation. Very glad I got it, now I can use it with more minutes/data bought next time I travel.

I am very satisfied with this phone. I was looking for a basic phone; something small and lightweight, and the Samsung A01 fit the bill.
