    It’s smaller then what I thought but got it for my 14 year old niece she loved it so great of you want something as a start phone or just a good price phone

    The phone is fine. I just don't like how best buy suckers you into purchasing from them instead of giving me my money back on a device that quit working, so I could buy from another company. The phone works fine.

    While the camera was one reason we first picked this phone. Upon arrival it wasn't what we expected and most pics had halo's around them. so bizarre. We took it back and tried the Motorola MotoE5.

    Everything was good until the representative opened my phone box at the check out and turned my phone on for me which I DID NOT APPRECIATE AT ALL. I'm there with my fiance and she doesn't like confrontation,that is why I'm taking this route of action. Thanks but won't let him sell me anymore. No trust at all, don't ever assume. He turned my phone on without my permission, I felt forced to go by what he says when I'm the customer? Ok. I know what I'll do next time. Ill make sure to make it clear to your reps next time from opening my product again, EVERYTIME.
