Does not operate the way I thought it would. Was not told about $25 restocking fee if I returned it with in the 2 weeks if I did not like the phone. Was not offered the information about the warranty which you could only purchase within the 2 week period. Too many other little things that I wasn't aware of until the 2 weeks ran out.

She loves this samsung galaxy phone she connected her samsung watch to this phone and now shes able to track her sleep, walks, swims., awesome phone.

It arrived quickly and I immediately took it to the Verizon store to be activated. When they scanned it, it showed locked. They tried several ways including a call to the help desk. Verizon could not unlock it. I then went to the local Best Buy store...they couldn't do anything about it either. Seems the problem was in the warehouse process. I did get a refund from Best Buy. I then paid Verizon more for the phone but was desperate and in the middle of the pandemic was running out of options.
