    I purchased this phone from bestbuy.com and could not activate it because it wasn't scanned properly. I now have to take it to a store and have it rescanned. The problem with this is that my physical disability prevents me from taking it to a store. This is the reason I purchased the phone on line. Needless to say I am very disappointed in my Best Buy purchase process. Diane K.
