Returned for store and bought a Moto e that let you configure extended memory for apps

They day after we tried to activate the phone on my grandparents account with no luck. Spend the entire 26th with version and go no where. We went to the store on the 27th and same thing after 11hrs! They even put in new sim cards and nothing worked. I took the phone back to bestbuy and they wouldn't take it back. They even wanted to charge me to switch it out with a new one. Completely unhappy with the phone and service from bestbuy. Verizon wireless was amazing! They felt so bad that they gave us the same phone at half of bestbuy price.

It continuously dropped calls, then the next minute I was getting an error message saying no mobile network or not registered on a mobile network??
