    This phone was easy to register and easy to pay. Simple prepaid phone. I did enjoy the power button also being my biometric touch to unlock the phone. This phone lasted 7months then the screen stayed black. Did all the recommended troubleshooting but to no avail.

    This phone has given me nothing but trouble since I bought it. Texting and receiving stopped, phone would tell me my SD card slipped out. Then that it was reinstalled. Phone did not work as a phone.

    I regret buying this phone. It says on the review that " the phone in universal unlock" and can be used with all major us carrier. THAT'S A BIG LIE. THIS GALAXY A12 IS LOCK TO VERIZON.

    Average phone, only had it about 2 months, don't have much downloaded on it except delivery and bank apps, yet it is slow at times.. shouldn't be that way on a newer phone

    Was sold a defective phone and had to find out by going to Verizon and spending two hours to figure out why my phone stopped working. The lady named Bekah that handled my refund was amazing and she deserves five stars!!

    Phone stopped charging in one week. We have a parent on Hospice and do not have time to go to return it. Very overpriced junk. Do not buy. I will go tommorow to try and return it.

    Purchased this phone for a friend. They wanted an inexpensive phone but decent quality. Display is good quality and phone takes nice pictures. Added a microSD card so that they had plenty of room for pictures and video, saving the phone memory for apps and such. They are very pleased with the phone and would highly recommend.

    Had an android phone 4 or 5 years old, decided to buy a new one with all the latest software. I only need the basics: phone, email, and web surfing. I don't need to download a lot of apps, watch movies or play games. I did watch a video on an ebike I may buy and it ran fine. Have yet to use camera.
