My game arrived with the disc loose inside and slightly damaged. Just slightly. I've had a few arrive from Best Buy loose but this was the first one damaged by it. Because it is so slight, I decided not to deal with returning it and give a decent review. When I buy a brand new game, I expect that it's in brand new condition though. Game itself is fun.
