The BBC has created a multi-season drama that both informs and entertains us. It centers on Queen Victoria and her love affair with Prince Albert during a pivotal point in world history and the rapid growth years of the industrial revolution in Great Britain. I have watched all three available seasons several times but I think I like Season 2 the best because it is all-encompassing and with a truly remarkable cast. Once you see this series, you will understand that the Victorian Era was NOT sexually repressed, they just were sly about not dwelling on it.

I could not wait for this movie to come out. Watched on TV but had to have this for my collection. Really bring the Royals into our lives. Yay

The only bad thing I can say is that we have to wait till January for the new season. The chemistry between Jenna and Tom is palpable.

This is the ultimate in love stories for those fascinated by British royalty. Not many episodes a season, but PBS does it fantastically.

I missed a lot of the second season and was good to catch up

excited to see that the movie delivered ahead of schedule.

Season 2 of Victoria continues the very high quality in writing, acting, direction and production of Season 1. The emphasis is on the relationship between Victoria and Albert and the complexities of being Queen and Prince, their desires to lead uncomplicated "normal" lives, the struggle for power, the challenge of being a queen, wife and a mother all at once, etc. Very fine viewing and storytelling. Again like Season 1, there were just a few directorial choices that are questionable and in a couple of cases they slightly diminish the impact of the story being told. Without going into too much detail so that this does not become a spoiler, one example is the scene where the mechanical bird stops chirping. It felt like the director saw this as stylistic but it was superfluous and unnecessary. It actually takes away from the impact of the tragedy that had just occurred which shown by itself, was powerful and moving enough. Even though I found slight fault with this one thing and a couple of others, I still maintain that the overall work remains very good and of very high quality.

We've started this series but don't like it as well as some of other period movies out.

The second season of this PBS series on the life of Queen Victoria which began when she was a teenage queen in season one through her marriage to Prince Albert, and the birth of her first child, now in season 2, we find her trying to adapt to being a mother, while world conflicts and disasters rage, and the start of the Industrial Revolution spreads around the Empire. Good historic fun!

Jenna Coleman truly embodies the spirit of Queen Victoria. She makes us historical drama very enjoyable to watch and the rest of the cast is well well casted. I've enjoyed both two seasons of the series and look forward to look forward to the possible third season. I would recommend this to anybody who's a fan of British TV or historical dramas.

Both the leads make this series. It falls on them in the second season to bring these stories to life. It is a very interesting time in the history of the British Crown. Good storytelling. Costumes are wonderful too! HAH!

What's not to like about Season 2 Of Victoria? BBC & PBS always go out of their way to ensure viewers are treated to the best historical entertainment possible: the best actors, costumes, and settings. And it's offered at a great price.

I think this show is so great! You really get drawn in! It’s a must see for sure! I’d put it up there with downton abbey and the crown! I’m goinf to re watch it for sure!

If You Enjoyed Victoria Season 1, You Don’t Want To Miss Victoria Season 2! The story line and acting is great, especially the person who plays Prince Albert.

the pbs mini series was very well produced and directed. the custumes were authentic in every detail. the acting was top notch.

My mom likes this show and I bought this for her as a gift. She loved it!!
