I understand that it was an open box item, however, missing parts should not be classified as excellent. Reached out to Best Buy online chat in an attempt for them to make it right and they told me to go to one of their stores and they would give me a cord. Drove out to a store and told them the situation, and they said “Customer Service is sending them to us for this?” and proceeded to show me on their phone that I can go on Amazon to buy a power cord. Come on now.. do better, Best Buy. As for the turntable itself, awesome.
