Gift for my mother who is stuck on lock down for almost a year now, her old one broke so this has been very special for her. While she can't have visitors she can at least listen to her records and Christmas tapes, this has given her joy. I have heard it playing in the background during phone calls and the sound quality is excellent, she is 93 and was able to figure out all the functions this has, thank you so much for the perfect Christmas present!

It’s cool. The volume isn’t as loud as I was hoping for but it works fine & it’s aesthetically pleasing. Haven’t tried the tape & cd but Bluetooth connect easy and records play well too.

I paid $219.00 for the victrola audio system. Was super excited! I purchased 5 brand new albums at the same time! Got it home unpacked it felt like a gitty little school girl. Followed all the directions , this is NOT my 1st record player i grew up with one in our house. I opened my brand new albums put the 1st one on it skipped didnt even make it through the 1st song. Thought it was a fluke i tried a different one. Same thing.. i took the player back for an exchange. Yep same problem! Im now stuck with a $200 product that cant be used. Ive changed the needle, the player is level , on a flat hard surface. Ive also tried moving it to other surfaces same out come. I come back to Best Buy ( i cant return or exchange i missed the window) so the geek guy tells me its a known problem with these models and the skipping, something about the weight of the arm! Yep now im really upset! They know of the problem and still sell the product with no solution. So now im stuck, waisted my money.

Mother and father-in-law loved this gift. They said it was easy to setup and use and has great sound quality. Looks great too!

We purchased to play our 50+ year old vinyl albums. The sound is great and we use it now everyday. Handy with the radio and CD player too.

Got for my mom for Christmas, so I can't give a full review. It is gorgeous to look at. I think my mom will love it. I like the idea the record will fit in it while playing. I can't wait for her to see it and use it.

Overall I rated this product good as an all-in-one system. I bought this for the options for cds, records, Bluetooth, and Fm radio. Sound quality is ok but I was able to connect to other external speakers.

i would definitely recommend to others, exactly was one other was purchased for someone else. it has great clarity. having trouble opening to use cd though.

I am peeved right now with Best Buy. And let me say I am one of those customers that has purchased a lot. And I’ve never complained about anything. But I’m peeved because I spent the time after reading the reviews to call personally, I have the transcript, to ask an important question to me, which is this semi automatic? Because the reviews on here were saying that that’s not correct that the specifications are incorrect on Best Buy. So I call and spoke to someone and they checked into it and said no it is semi automatic. It’s important to me because of my eyesight. I’ve already tried it out and scratched a record. I think that Best Buy should fix this, considering not only was a lie on there website, but I was also confirmed it with a representative. I just tried calling. I got another country. No one will do anything to make it right. Most likely we’ll just keep the same lie on specifications online. I mean come on. They already have after people have left reviews that it’s not right. Some may think it’s minor that I’m complaining about this, but it was important enough to me to call ….again, because of my eyesight.

I couldn’t be happier It’s beautiful and having one device to play all formats of music is so incredible The speakers give you a classic tone that was louder than I expected. Great product

I love my new vinyl; the tape and CD player it works great and I love the vintage look.

If you are looking for a record player with that old school look and modern up to date features this is it. Have it wired to the sorround sound system and it truly is a great record player.

What an amazing decision I have made when I purchased this!! I can listen to all my records regardless of size and it sounds amazing. I am a huge music fan and this player is just perfect to bring back old memories, listen to my dad’s records and just jam with friends and family.

I originally bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift, but couldn't wait months of having it around so I gifted it to her asap. The quality is amazing. The sound is loud enough to make the whole house (medium sized) enjoyable. I adore this product myself.

Sound is excellent, and I love being able to play old cassette tapes! It also matches the decor in my farmhouse.

I live my new Victoria player. It looks and sounds great. This will be the second one that I have purchased.
