Despite it being delivered late, the bf loved it for an anniversary gift. It is a very nice addition to our decor.

Great for playing everything. The sound is a little hollow but overall its great if you want to save space bit play CDs, vinyl, a cassette player, and have a Bluetooth speaker - its all in one. And its attractive.

By far the best All-in-one music player. I bought it for the CD and noticed I can play my tapes and records.

The product itself is probably ok if you get one that hasn't already been obviously returned to Best Buy. The CD player does not work. box had holes in it and you can tell it was not the way it was originally sent from the manufacturer by the way it was packaged. will be returning hope they don't box it back up and send it out again.

This record player is amazing until you get to the last two songs on each side of the record. Then it starts skipping until the record is over. Not sure but worried it's ruining our vinyls. Would not recommend. Cannot find a way to fix or get support.

Seems to play well, one of the speakers does not work but we will be connecting our Bose Revolve with an aux cord so really doesn’t matter.

Works very good for my small apartment don't have no complaints

This is my first record player and it is fantastic!

Placed the order online thru Best Buy. Opened the box and the plastic bag was torn. I pulled the stereo out and the turntable came completely off. This was either used or returned as a damage. The box was not damaged. So, that tells me this wasn’t broken during transit. For the record I ordered a new stereo not a refurbished one. Returned it at the Best Buy store. Unfortunately, the didn’t have the same one in stock, however they did have the most recent version, but they weren’t willing to match the price of my return. Which was ok. I will just purchase it somewhere else.

Outstanding, extremely pleased with record player, radio, CD player. Have not tried cassette tape. Used blue tooth to stream music from Iphone The sound is really great. Highly recommend

This Victrola has literally brought music back into my life. The quality of the sound is excellent, and I look forward to playing the records and CD’s I have held on to for decades.

Eventually with time the vinyl player gives out and starts playing the record player out of time. Victrola only has a 2 year warranty after the purchase date and they don't authorize any repair or service cneters. So id get the warranty just in case.

Records skip like crazy- super annoying especially since that’s the main reason I wanted this. I guess I should have done more research because it’s apparently a common issue with these players/this brand. Now I’m past the return window so sort of stuck with it.
