    Worked with tech support for 5 days trying to get the program to progress from converting video to editing video without shutting down. They put in a good effort but finally told me there was nothing else they could do. Windows 10, 4 year old laptop. I still use it to transfer VHS and camcorder tapes, but can’t cut any sections or remove blank tape at the end.

    Mediocre product, but it does work. The software seems outdated. Video sizing is an issue.

    This accomplished my project, however there was a quality issue with the USB female connector on the VIDBOX convertor; I had to use a strap to keep the USB cable connected to the convertor. It was verified that it was not the cable provided, but a problem with the USB port on the convertor. Overall it works so I recommend this item only if the user isn't bothered with the mechanical quality.

    super product and super fast friendly service manager Bruce Zachary was the best service person i have ever met . went above and beyond to get the product for me to his store and even brought it out to the curb to deliver it to me.
