    The product is not completely compatible with windows 10. The preview screen does not function even with following the work-around's I found on the internet. The unit cable input connectors are not good quality. The connections are loose and noisy. When I view my VHS on the TV, everything looks great, but when I record via the vidbox, the quality is just not there.

    This seemed to be the only decent item available at Best Buy. An employee said she did not have a problem with it. I returned the first one due to screen flickering then eventually just displayed a blue screen. It did not do what it was supposed to do. I contacted support, they were extremely helpful and told me to return it as there was a problem with it. They verified my system requirements, verified the product and gave me my instructions to return it. The second one started to work but gave random results (some flickering, blue screen and the display was off center where you could only see a part of the recording). I did not bother calling support the second time. The products website did not even display this model so I assume there were problems plus it was on sale at Best Buy.

    Contained everything I needed to convert our movies from tape.. I am so happy to preserve tapes of family fun on a DVD. The product worked great on my laptop. It downloads in "real time" and quickly converts and burns onto disc.
