Diligently and carefully the Squad installed my new TV

The Geek Squad is a solid investment for Sr's who are upgrading their home office or entertainment systems with the latest technology. After purchasing a universal remote and Hub, our Geek Squad agent was thoroughly knowledgeable when it came to integrating our current entertainment system with one remote. They showed great patience, answering all of our questions and took the time to have us step through the process of moving from TV to CD to Music to on-line I pad integration. Great value!!

Geek did a good job connecting my TV and the mess of wires in the living room, but, it took another visit to get the bedroom one done. On the second visit which I didn't mind having to wait for the extra parts to arrive in the mail. I have used Geek Squad for years here in GA and in California and have had excellent service.

The technician hooked everything up without a flaw. TV and soundbar work great. However in future technicians should check to assure all joeys are still networked with main hopper. One is still not working after TV installed. They have to be checked anytime the main tv to the hopper is changed. A lesson for Geek Squad.

Great group of guys, who were very professional and knowledgeable about there jobs. They shared information on other products that may enhance my overall system. They were fast on a job I thought would take most of the morning. They took their time showing me how to operate all of my tvs and didn't leave until I had a clear understanding.

The guys from Geek Squad were able to set up my home TV system in no time flat :-)

I had two agents working on my home theater set up (11 year old non smart tv) to see if we could get the Roku working with the entire home theater so I could get surround sound. It took a couple of hours, some head scratching and talking out loud by the agents but they figured it out. As a result I was able to "cut the cord" with Spectrum and am saving roughly $60 a month. So the money that I was charged for the Geek Squad service will pay for itself in less than 2 months. Both agents were very professional and courteous.

The agent helped set up Apple Tv with my universal Remote.

My 2 Geek Swuad members arrived on time, gave me some good advice about my purchases and had them working in minutes!

Agent determined what needed to be done and very quickly did the installation. He then determined that because we have a home theater setup the sound through Amazon Fire TV Stick would not go through our receiver. He told us we needed to get a newer version of Apple device and then everything would go through this way and we would have sound. He didn't know for sure if we would still need the Fire Stick but we left it plugged into the projector just in case! Overall a great experience with Geek Squad this time around.

My Geek Squad set-up experience was fantastic! Chris is a genius. He had my TV, wifi, and all related gear hooked up and operating perfectly in no time. He was excellent at explaining all that he was doing which made both my wife and me comfortable with all our new gear. A superb service!

The agents installed channels on my tv so we could receive college football games. It was a very difficult process but the team was very diligent to see the process through. They were very professional and very courteous. I would reccommend their services to all of my friends.

Jordan and Matthew were simply the best. They called ahead of time to confirm appt. When they arrived they were so nice. They got right to work and did an excellent job on the tvs. But, the most impressive thing was the following. My Mama is 96 years young. She is very up to date and not your typical 96 yr old. They took the time to teach her how to use the new system. At one time Matthew was down on one knee by her chair explaining the remote to her. They were just the sweetest and kindest to my Mama and myself. It was precious how kind they were to take the time with her. I have told all my friends and so has she. We recommend The Geek Squad to all. We called because my sister raved about Jordan and Matthew when they did her house. Thanks again guys!!
