Your rep did a great job of “untangling” issues with a soundbar installation that were complicated by my experience skilled efforts. He not only installed the Bose soundbar quickly, he set everything up to work easily through one remote. Many thanks for his professional and quality work.

I am a network Neanderthal. I don't know the difference between TikTok and Tik Taks..... My smartphone has a dumb operator. The guy was on time, very patient, full of information, and very pleasant.... Bada bing Bada boom.... Would use them again in a heartbeat. I'm sorry I have only two thumbs to give....

Andre and Max were PHENOMENAL. They arrived when promised; were respectful of our home; polite; very communicative; explained everything at my level; did not rush explanations; ensured install worked properly when done and made sure we were happy with the results. This is the type of service that will keep me coming back to Best Buy. If I owned a business, I would be thrilled to have people like Andre and Max working working there. Best Buy you’ve got two really great employees in these two gentlemen.

The two agents were professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the senior agent (years in service). He was quite helpful and went above to assist. He helped me understand how to use the remote to take advantage of the service. I had never had anyone advice me or introduce me to this. The newer agent was helpful. I am very pleased with the service.
