The Geek squad installer Adam, contacted me 3 times to confirm and to inform me of his arrival time and date. He was on time and was very professional in doing his installation. After the install, he took time to help with setting up the Ring doorbell and flood camera in our app. He took time to cover all aspects in using our devices properly. And, he made sure that before he left, we understood how to operate and monitor both our devices. He is a true example of a quality employee that Best Buy has on their staff. A++++ for Adam in this install and customer care he provided to us.

The Tech who came to put my Ring Camera and Chime Pro and WiFi Booster did what I asked . What I'm still dissatisfied with the"""COMPLETE"""use of My Cameras to Address those at My Door By"""ME"""While I am Away In this Day and Age I need Full Use of a Product I've gotten nothing but"""MISINFORMATION"""FROM THE START.

I was replacing an Alexa Echo and I had a new one ready for my Geek Squad agent to install. Unfortunately I had inadvertently picked up an 8" instead of a 10". A Best Buy was close by and he immediately told me not to worry, went to pick up the correct one, came back and quickly installed it for me. He made sure I had any questions answered before he left. I think I was his last customer of the day and he could easily have just gone home and come back another time

My first apt person with the geek squad to install the ring was very nice. He offered me help with anything need and offered to answer any questions. He was wonderful. The 2nd person that came during the actual installation was not as helpful. He was in a hurry and made me feel like he had to rush out of there. I actually had to refer my questions to a family member. I wish I would have gotten the very first man again to hook it up!

Great camera, works fine, takes great pics! And captures motion great

First off, the installer was extremely late for this appointment, however he did phone to indicate he was running behind on time. He needed an additional 30 minutes, to which I was accommodating. He showed up an additional hour later. He then advised me not to install due to the limited view I would have due to the space available to mount the product. He then indicated he would phone it in for re-schedule. I wasn't aware that the installer didn't explain the circumstances of the non-installation to Bestbuy creating a slight problem. The customer service was poor in this instance.

They did a great job putting up my TV. They are very knowledgeable. They know what they’re doing and they’re very careful.

Nest set up Google Wifi in the home and we are liking it. We had them install the Nest Hello Doorbell on the wall next to our front door as we did not have room to install it right next to the door due to a window there. They did an awesome job placing in in the perfect spot so we can see who is at the door, coming up the walk and the ground in front of the door to see if there is a package there. They placed it on an angled wedge so it is the same view as if on the wall next to the door facing frontwards. Unfortunately, I think do to excessive heat, after 6 months, it died but Nest has sent us a new one to replace it and the Geek Squad will be out to reinstall it once it arrives.. Can't beat that!

I was having trouble with my Blink doorbell. Made an appointment thru Best Buy. They sent emails about time and what I needed to do. They sent a person from another company to take care of the problems. He fixed one issue but said that I needed a transformer. He said to call him when I got the transformer, and he would put it in. I called him and said would be out later that day and call before he comes out. No show that day or the next two days with no phone call. I called the company to make an appointment and still no shows. When he came finally came after I called and made another appointment, I then was told that I needed a new inside doorbell. Also told me to make an appointment with Best Buy. First time I was told that I needed to call Best Buy. Made an appointment. Marian from Best Buy called and asked about issues. I told her and that I had an appointment. She said to call her if any more issues. Someone from Best Buy came out and said that I needed to call an electrician. Nobody else ever said that I needed to do that. He said that he would let his supervisor know all the problems I have had. He wasn't gone 10 minutes and I got a call from Marcellia at Best Buy. She was also very apologetic and to call when done and they would sync everything. Got everything done. If I have another problem with the security cameras, I would not have the other company out. They would not come out, call if there was a problem about coming, tell me that I needed to make appointment thru Best Buy or tell me that I needed an electrician. I sat and waited many an hour for them. Even when I called the company, I seemed to get a run a round. No one could give me any answers. When Best Buy got involved, I had all the help I needed. I would recommend Best Buy and the Geek Squad but not the company that they sent out to do the job.

I did the leasing thing with the ring cameras. so basically paid double. The batteries were dead when the tech put them up. So I had to climb up and take the batteries out and charge them. The battery lids are ridiculous and one does not even stay closed. I changed the batteries and the cameras do not even connect to live views ever. and yes I paid for the ten dollar a month thing. This is the biggest waste of money I have ever spent and I am ready to replace them and throw them away. If you would like to help take them down would be great.

Jeff (a member of the Geek Squad) reconnected our Ring Video Doorbell (it had gone kaput after a new router had been installed). Jeff was highly professional, efficient and kind, and completed the job in minutes. In addition, he gave us a special screwdriver so that we could access the Ring Doorbell in the future if necessary. I highly recommend Jeff (and the Geek Squad) to others.

The sales person and installer were both excellent. The product was explained well, installed perfect and is just exactly what I needed.

Our Arlo doorbell was successfully installed and has done an excellent job of keeping us aware of activity on our porch. It is very helpful that it can distinguish between persons, vehicles, and animals, and it has been very successful in keeping us informed. My phone rings when the doorbell is pushed, so this is very helpful when I am away from the house. I also like the length of time the videos are saved, and they can be permanently saved as well. I highly recommend the Arlo doorbell and Geek Squad install.

the service itself was fine. my best buy credit card with 1700 dollars in credit would not work for a 500 dollar purchase and i ended up having to put it on an amex card
