The Tech who came to put my Ring Camera and Chime Pro and WiFi Booster did what I asked . What I'm still dissatisfied with the"""COMPLETE"""use of My Cameras to Address those at My Door By"""ME"""While I am Away In this Day and Age I need Full Use of a Product I've gotten nothing but"""MISINFORMATION"""FROM THE START.

The technicians installed our Arlo doorbell and explained everything to me. They had been to our house previously and were very helpful and answered all of my questions.

Our Arlo doorbell was successfully installed and has done an excellent job of keeping us aware of activity on our porch. It is very helpful that it can distinguish between persons, vehicles, and animals, and it has been very successful in keeping us informed. My phone rings when the doorbell is pushed, so this is very helpful when I am away from the house. I also like the length of time the videos are saved, and they can be permanently saved as well. I highly recommend the Arlo doorbell and Geek Squad install.

He did a very good job connecting the two door bells and setting the two phones.

Jeff (a member of the Geek Squad) reconnected our Ring Video Doorbell (it had gone kaput after a new router had been installed). Jeff was highly professional, efficient and kind, and completed the job in minutes. In addition, he gave us a special screwdriver so that we could access the Ring Doorbell in the future if necessary. I highly recommend Jeff (and the Geek Squad) to others.

The young technician was very patient and knowledgeable. He helped my mother understand what was being installed and how it works, walking through with her. That meant everything to us!

I bought a Nest Hello doorbell and paid for Geek Squad to install. They came and surveyed my existing doorbell and found that it did not possess the necessary connection for the direct-wire door bell to work. They explained everything in clear language so that I understand what my options are. I agreed with their recommendation to hire an electrician and someone who can patch stucco walls. They refunded my service without hassle (just an additional phone call was required due to Best Buy system limitation). Friendly throughout the process.

The agent installed my doorbell video. He was very patient, professional and also very pleasant. He answered all questions and I was more than satisfied.

Very fast, easy installation....along with Ring chimes for upstairs and down. Installers were very polite and knowledgeable. Now Alexa can interact if we desire that. If you have a nosy neighbor who knows no boundaries, having Alexa ask "What is the purpose of your business?" is priceless!! This alone has been worth every penny spent!! Warding off porch piracy and pestering neighbors--this is called a Win-Win!!

Justin did a fantastic job installing a ring doorbell pro for my parents. This service is really nice when you have parents who can leverage technology well enough but can’t install things well anymore

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I had to wait 2 weeks after purchasing my ring to have it installed. The service tech communicated with me before coming out to ensure he was installing the right product. He called when he was on his way and showed up in time. He involved me to ensure he installed it right where I wanted it and made sure everything was set up and working before he left. All my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed!
