Recently purchased Ring Camera, Geek Squad installed camera, went through each step of set up and directions on how to use. Agent was very personable, accommodating, and patient with my many questions. I would definitely hire Geek Squad in the future for any technical assistance.

I can't remember if his name was Shane or Shawn, but he's that one Geek Squad employee from Fort Smith that actually knows what he's doing. If you have anything that has a bit of a technical skills you need him to do the work. First time I had to have him fix my home theater system. It needed to connect a Yamaha stereo receiver to my Samsung TV. He was the only one who could get them to work correctly together. When he showed up for the doorbell he got it installed rather quickly. He gave me some information regarding the switcher he stuck on the chime for my home doorbell. Later in the evening when my doorbell just started ringing non-stop. I had to reconnect the switch he had left stuck on the inner doorbell, just not connected, to get the doorbell to stop ringing. Then I called to have him come back out to troubleshoot. Then he let me know my problem was with the age of my terminal for my doorbell on the inside of the house. He helped me to locate it, and told me it wasn't that hard to change out. However, Best Buy wouldn't allow him to change that out since he wasn't an electrician. So I thanked him for his helpfulness, and just left it setup where when the doorbell is rang it rings my cellphone. If you want something done right the first time be sure to get Shane or Shawn who's been there longer than the team of installers. This guy knows what he's doing. He has a lot of knowledge.
