The tech knew the product and installed the security video system and he left it working and easy to view the video cameras on my mobile. Unfortunately, I changed settings on the Alexa app ( as I didn't know how to setup the Amazon devices) and the video security system required my knowing the devices serial numbers. As I'm disabled, unable to climb ladder, or fearful of damaging doorbell, I've not been able to access this info. I saved all the shipment boxes for each device, and serial numbers not printed on devices boxes. The serial numbers are inside installed devices. I wish the tech would have written serial numbers for my safe keeping, but he didn't. I guess I pay again.

Had a few missteps with product availability. But once finally received and installed is working as expected. Tech was very patience during setup and explained as necessary.

The pictures on my phone and on my lap-top look great. The picture are very colorful and the details really look sharp.

I ordered 2 cameras, 2 solar panels, a Ring Doorbell & installation of everything. I live in OH, but bought the system for my Mom's house in FL. Installation was scheduled for the day after I arrived. The installers were right on time & very helpful in determining where all equipment should be installed to cover the most area. They answered all of the questions my sisters had about the system too. Everything is working perfectly.

Quality product great service will recommend a friends

We recently purchased a Ring doorbell and two motion detectors/cameras. The installers did a great job! It is really dark around our home, and these make me feel more secure. One of the camera lights malfunctioned. We called Best Buy. They had someone come out and remove that system. We returned it to the store and they replaced it. Then scheduled to have the new one installed. It works great. We have purchased numerous items from Best Buy and have never been disappointed. The Geek Squad is so knowledgeable and helpful.
