Only 1 doorbell was received so could not complete the job. Still waiting for 2nd doorbell to be installed.

Installer did not clean up the dust and debris from drilling the holes for the doorbell installation. Otherwise, installation done well,

Geek squad came out and changed out my doorbell from our previous Ring that barely passed warranty. Purchasing the annual membership made this very cost-effective to replace. Furthermore was familiar with all the different settings and improved on the specifications that I needed for more coverage in the front yard. I do not remember what they would have charged show me if I did not have the membership, but there’s definitely a value there since they are knowledgeable, and they warrantee their own work.

Apparently a "third party" installer was sent to my house to install a Ring Doorbell Pro 2 that I purchased from Best Buy. He was rude and condescending. Wouldn't take the time to explain one feature. FORTUNATELY, I called BB back and Ryan and Eric from the Geek Squad were sent. I can't even begin to say enough about how professional, friendly and extremely patient these guys are. Do yourself a favor and if you ever have an install scheduled ask specifically for team Ryan and Eric you will be in the best hands possible! Ryan and Eric even came back a SECOND time for instructional purposes. THANK YOU both for your outstanding service and commitment to Best Buy!

Having had an Arlo doorbell that was not able for me to setup I decided to go to Tapo

This young man and his co woker were very nice they came from Delaware. Showed up on time and told me everything he was doing. When he was finish . He showed me how to work it. Was very good with my dog. Very good service.

My Geek squad installer Matt was prompt, very knowledgeable, and experienced with front door security cameras. I appreciate his manner and means of explaining the device functions and operation. I've had the Google nest 2nd generation doorbell camera about 1 month and so far it has performed as expected. Daytime images are clear and the voice function is an added plus. I may add additional outdoor nest cameras in the future to coordinate with the current camera.

Geek Squad installed RING, not compatible, Found right one. Drove 10 miles to get it. With a smile. Courteous and knowledgable.

The installer was super nice. He did a great job, and installed my doorbells quickly.

The Geek squad set up an indoor front door ring so could hear door bell inside as well as video door bell. Fast and friendly.

Geek Squad rep arrived on time and installed the doorbell cam as requested. He was polite and answered my MANY questions clearly and without making me feel tech-stupid. He made sure I understood how to manage the functions of the equipment before he left. He left the work-space "mom clean" which was greatly appreciated. Will use and recommend Geek Squad in the future.

Doorbell went off line 2 to 3 weeks after being replaced. Call rep. that installed it but never returned my call. Will be calling best buy in near future to have it corrected but want another rep. other than original guy. Dissatisfied with work and lack of reply

The Euphy doorbell was installed properly but it keeps going offline every couple of days. I have to physically detach the doorbell to reset it. I was told by the technician that there’s enough electricity to run the doorbell so I’m not sure what the problem is.

Technician Brett was very professional and a great person on top. He came on 2 separate installations. One to put our PC and Printer together and get it up and running. Answered any and all questions. He came again to install our ring system, again answering any and all questions. Very friendly and professional. We also have a mesh google system, we had at our previoushome from Best buy, that we haven't had installed at our new home. So i had questions about it verses a regular router. He was very knowledgeable about it. I will be calling soon to schedule that installation. I'm hoping that Brett is available, as we truly appreciate everything he's installed and his polite disposition and professionalism. You've got a Great Technician there at Geek squad. High praises. Thank you

Two Geek Squad Techs arrived on time for the install. They went right to work. They were very efficient & knowledgeable. They installed & had the Ring Doorbell Pro working with our existing chime, cleaned up the area & were gone in just over an hour.

My Ring cameras were installed professionally and satisfactorily as promised. Instruction was provided to my satisfaction. Very satisfied.

Geek Squad came at the scheduled time to install my google nest doorbell. The space was tight but they managed to squeeze it in neatly and at an angle so the wall would not block the camera's line of sight. They did a great job. My only gripe is confusion about services offered at my store. Originally, I had purchased a google floodlight with install as well. When geek squad arrived, I was informed they did not have anyone certified to replace my floodlight with existing wiring. Thankfully I had the total tech extended return policy or I would have been unable to return the item. I think more clarity on local store limitations to install would improve the service.

This is a great camera with excellent picture an quality. Unfortunately, our home wifi network is not strong and the product ran the battery down in a matter of 30 minutes because it kept trying to connect. Another issue that we had was that our current doorbell was not compatible and we would have had to buy another piece of equipment that would have had to have an electrical outlet connection. The Geek Squad came out a couple of times to try and troubleshoot the issue. Both technicians were polite and seemed very knowledgeable. We had to return the product. Please do not be discouraged! This is a great video doorbell!
