The item was defective and unable to assemble. Quality assurance was lacking. I had to return the item and purchase a similar item from Amazon at half the price.

This item was delivered quickly but when opened it was damaged so I returned that.

I’ve received this fan is broken from the inside, after we installed the fan, when we turn on, it’s sound horrible, and we noticed it’s broken. We took it to Best Buy hopefully to exchange the same one but entire of Best Buy don’t have the fan in stock. Sad!
