Once it was clear that I would be working from home for at least the next 6 months, I gave in and purchased a second monitor for my home office set-up. Was primarily looking for a monitor that could swivel clockwise for viewing spreadsheets and other documents, and this monitor has that feature and much more. From the various types of connection ports, to the effortless raising/lowering/tilting/swiveling of the screen, it is extremely functional & adjustable for any office set-up, and absolutely perfect for my current duo-screen home office set-up. The carrying bar at the top of the rear mount makes this portable too if needed. It Was very easy to assemble and came with multiple connection cables to utilize the variety of ports available as needed. Picture quality is crisp & clear, and very vivid. I only use it for work, so I cannot speak to gaming, but as an office/work monitor, this is an exceptional product. I already had a monitor of a different brand prior to purchasing this one, but I would have gladly, eagerly purchased two of these if I didn't. I've had the other monitor for some time now, but I may still purchase another one of these just for the fun of having two of them. This may be my best purchase of 2020. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a primary or secondary monitor for work. Very happy with this purchase, and will be looking to ViewSonic for any future monitor purchases.

I bought this monitor in 2018. I had one of those cheap gaming monitors with the TN panels. I don't have the desk space for a large monitor and they are often expensive. So I figured if I was going to buy a new monitor I would go for an IPS panel this time. I am glad I did cause this thing looks amazing. The colors look so much better. It's sharp and clear. I had no dead pixels in mine. I read online that these monitors use LG display panels which are supposedly pretty high quality. It only does 1080p which is fine for me right now. I have a pretty nice PC I built myself for games and this monitor handles games just fine. Plus they look a lot better on the IPS panel than my old TN panel. The reds actually look red instead of a slight washed out red. I experienced no problems gaming with this thing at all. All the hype around gaming monitors are mostly gimmicks. Get yourself a good monitor. That will make your gaming experience much better.

Crisp picture, bought for wife to teach from home and utilize as part of a four display set up. Love the 90 degree tilt. Part of main reason of purchase was the brand name, i have had opportunity to use in most of my engineering 3D modeling jobs, and the abundance of ports. I am jealous my wife is using it but I still have a great monitor i use daily.

One of the best 1080p monitors with accurate colors out of box. Wish they sold it in stores and not just online. Bets any of the monitors in store by far. I’ve bought 4 of these for my photo company and they are great

the quality of the screen is very good. Images look sharp. Easy to use with laptop. The settings buttons at the back are kinda not so easy to use, but you don’t have to use them so often. It’s the second time I buy this monitor.

I've looked for a monitor for photo editing for some time. The professional displays have a price point I couldn't justify. This has monitor has a crisp, clear display and great color rendition. Settings are easy to change with presets for things like photo editing. Worth a little extra money over a standard monitor.

For $225 this monitor is outstanding! It has more features than monitors twice the price. You can raise and lower it on its well designed base and rotate it for portrait mode. The screen quality is crisp and clear too with edge to edge viewing. A very nice sales associate recommended this monitor to me in the Battle Creek store. Even though it is not offered In-store as it is a online purchase only, it was very much worth the risk since I did not see it firsthand before purchasing. If Best Buy offered this in-store, I’m sure it would sell out a lot!

Been wanting to buy this monitor for a long time. When a sale came up, I decided to get it. I was not disappointed as it delivers beautiful and colorful rendition of pictures and movies. Awesome buy!

Works great. Very useful when teaching via ZOOM. It is bright. It has several inputs. It’s a very nice size.
