    We bought this micro to replace an older one that was built into the cabinet above the stove. Installation was very easy and the micro works great

    About a month after the extended Total Care Warranty expire the display started became nearly unreadable (dim). We have had problems with nearly every Viking product that we purchased within a 2-2.5 yr period. I have friends with Viking appliance problems too. Not a good product - avoid if at all possible as there are better products out there.

    We love that there are buttons that need to be depressed for settings and time rather than a touch pad. From day one of installation it has worked as expected and without problems.

    The Viking built in microwave is fantastic. After going through two kitchen aid microwaves that were much more expensive we are very pleased with this microwave. It also looks great!

    This item was delivered in an extremely damage box. When I questioned the damage, the delivery men just stated “that’s the way we got”. I opened the box and delivery men quickly took a picture of the item and left. I later noticed a dent on front door.
