    Trying to give Viking another chance. Disappointing that the buttons do no light up on this unit if you are using it at night. Average product.

    I did not like the fact that you have to buy a kit for it to fit 30" opening which is approximately $200.00 more dollars so I returned it. I never used it.

    I have no idea how this microwave got good reviews. This is the WORST microwave we have ever had. First, the Viking emblem was crooked, you can barely see what buttons to push, there is no 30 second warm-up and if you are looking for the time...look really hard, it's impossible to see with the blue light. And to make the experience even better, we ordered the trim kit. A month later, our order was cancelled since it was discontinued. Very disappointing "Viking". QC failed this one.

    Microwave is good although I had to exchange the first one I received as the door was not working properly. The second I received was much better and very happy with it

    Replaced a precious Viking that just died, only because i had the built in kit. Now this one works fine but i can’t see the blue light anymore. No idea how many minutes are counting down. Apparently this is a common problem. Can’t recommend.

    The microwave door button failed after one week of receiving the item. The reason I bought this replacement is because my old microwave door latch broke failed too. Beware of Viking microwave products.
