Very nice, looks good & is more quiet than last refrigerator (Kitchen Aid) Arrived damaged & sent replacement drawer weeks later than promised overnight delivery

Slightly damaged by installers. Received gift card. On installer had attitude on phone prior to coming to our residence.

It looks great but has been a problem since buying a year ago. Have had appliance people out on 3 occasions.still not fixed. Food in back is freezing on occasions and seals to glass trays r lacking allowing water and mildew to appear. They can not be cleaned (picture) as I have tried dental floss and syringes full of bleach.

I ordered this frig & the glass inside was cracked so I returned it & reordered the same frig that came 3 weeks later. I was excited to have my Viking frig that I waited so long for. But, this one was defective as well & missing a shelf. At this point, I just wanted to return it & order a different brand but I had already purchase a downdraft & stove in Viking so I couldn’t change, I have this thing where I want my large appliances to match.

The installers didn't level or adjust the doors. They just pushed it into the hole and walked away. Would like them to come back to finish the installation per Viking standards. The inside seal of the frig has production marks also that need to be repaired.

Solid piece of machinery! Only cabinet depth roll in Viking makes and compared to LG and Samsung higher end models this by far is a way better quality without all the unnecessary gadgets . Pure class look and clean lines !

This is a great fridge. Looks good, works great. Love the beverage drawer that keeps drinks icy cold. Funny little butter tray that filters the air so your butter does not pick up other smells. Shelves move well. I miss a water dispenser a bit, but otherwise it looks and works great.

Really good fridge! And compliments the rest of the appliances!

I like this refrigerator.... I love Viking products.....

I bought a Viking oven a few years ago that I love and in the interest of matching applicances I bought this Viking refrigerator. The simplicity of the exterior is matched by wonderful lighting on the inside.And much more interior storage than the same footprint of my previous refrigerator.

I am impressed by the size of this Viking. My older Viking I hated because I never had enough room in the fridge nor the freezer. Still getting use to having the freezer on the bottom.

This refrigerator is just OK to me, it’s really not what I wanted I wanted a French door with interior water and Viking doesn’t do that, but with this pandemic in this crazy world every single refrigerator I want it was not available. So I paid more for a Viking but I don’t feel like that more, It’s just very basic

Love this refrigerator, its smaller than my previous one but fits the same amount of food! the storage is incredible and its very efficient. Had trouble getting the one with proper alignment between french doors and freezer but is well worth the wait now.

Great fridge but ice tray can overflow When the ice tree got very full some of it slipped and then I couldn’t actually close the freezer.
