Look for something else unless you have time to sit on the phone for hours without any success.

Mechanical Design Issues

The shelves are flexed even without too much weight. The vegetable drawers are crooked and do not line up. The meat drawer doesn't close easily.

No buttons or distractions on the doors. Just simple and beautiful. Works perfect. LG and Samsung doesn’t compare to Viking. Viking is on another level. Expensive yes, but you get what you pay for.

Best Buy is a mess!

According to Best Buy it was installed and the old refrigerator relocated. NEVER HAPPENED! Half dozen phone calls and several hours on the phone and can’t resolve the matter. Waited 4 months for the appliance and get it installed.

Dont expect Viking quality

Its a Frigidaire with a Viking name plate on it. Made in Mexico. Good fridge but low quality for the price. Not worth it. Sent it back and bought LG Studio.

The electronic control panel is easy to use and gives great control. Well designed to the smallest detail. This is our second one and will continue buy Viking refrigerators.

No stars , the doors are not even

We called for a return and they brought out another one and it was worse. We are needing pick a different type

Waste of Money

Vegetable draws constantly open when opening the doors, food freezes on the inside close to the back of shelves, and the ice maker overloads causing ice to spill out onto the floor. This fridge is not made in America and it shows. For the amount of money, it is not worth it.
