Worst customer service yet. Ordered per-online-specs a 16” tall stainless steel duct cover, received a 12” tall item. I still can’t get anywhere remediating the issue, despite 4 escalations. Best Buy customer service staff are absolutely the worst, they know zilch about their product line. It takes so much effort to educate them, & then nothing happens. Classic.
