Delivered a month ago. So far we gave been very happy. Easy to use and clean. Looks awesome too!

Functionality is 5 stars however Viking have slipped on the quality.
The main case is slightly offset, and the top has visible issues round the edge.
If I hadn't had to wait nearly a year it'd be going back.

Fan in oven rattling and had to wait 5 1/2 months for delivery.
I was told I would have to wait a least 3 months if not more for a replacement. The Geek Squad was absolutely no help!
