Don't buy-poor quality

First, non-standard connections, so you'll have to either be handy or call a plumber AND an electrician. Second, it just doesn't clean very well. Third, cheap build quality-we kept finding ball bearings in the food filter and couldn't figure out where they were coming from until the top rack fell out. TL;DR Avoid like the plague

No soap

Terrible service

After three weeks the insulation is hanging out of the bottom. My service appointment has been a no show twice. I called Viking and was told someone would be contacting me about service. No answer yet. Very disappointed with my purchase!!

Don't waste your money

This model doesn't dry the dishes, which I didn't know. It's too late to return it. I should of listened to the installer who told me the dishwasher is no good.

Buy something else!

We're on our 3rd until, 1st one damaged, 2nd one installed but didn't function, 3rd unit so far so good. Best Buy had the worst customer service, such a hassle to get any service until you escalate it.
