This is junk it’s not built by them so there’s no quality

after install it will not dry dishes...best buy is the worst EVER in trying to get it repaired...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, just call the repair line and see if you can even get ahold of someone....

Awesome dishwasher. Works great and never had problem. Would recommend to anyone.

Had this installed for 2 months, so far am very happy with the dishwasher. Seems well built and well insulated. Cleans dishes and pots/pans very well. Love the inside light.

After purchasing Viking appliances from Best Buy in 2022, i have had countless issues. These appliances have been malfunctioning after a very short time, which shows the substandard quality of your overrrated and overpriced Viking appliances . In addition, Best Buy who carries the brand is not customer friendly. Appliances are overpriced and user unfriendly, poor quality.

Built a new house with all Viking, the dishwasher is actual the best we have ever used. Silent, cleans spotless, great layout! I can’t recommend strong enough!

DO NOT BUY A VIKING DISHWASHER. We spent $21,500 on a Viking kitchen and this dishwasher began flashing a code E01. A Viking repair company came out and charged $560 to fix a seal and stated if it didn't fix the problem, we would also have to repair another part for $700 because it is out of warranty (4 years old). We used it 3 times in the last 10 days since we thought it was repaired, but today the code came back when I tried to run it. The refrigerator (French style 2 door with freezer on the bottom $3,500, 4 years ago) had to be repaired 3 times, first the freezer temperature (thermometer), then the freezer door had to be replaced due to cracking along the seal and top and last the entire bottom refrigerator shelf that holds the drawers. This dishwasher has been a nightmare, so that's 2 out of 5 Viking appliances that we've had major problems with. It is made so cheaply and not like it use to be where Viking appliances could last 10-15 years. I will look at Bosch since the Consumer Report Ratings rate them high. Viking owes us money and we should be compensated with a credit or something when a product fails this soon.

Our house had a newly remodeled kitchen - all Viking. In less than 3 years from new, the oven failed three times and was replaced with a GE; the fridge is noisy, cold water doesn't work, and the ice maker is intermittent; the microwave display can barely be read in a dark room and the dishwasher completely failed and will be replaced with a Bosch. Anyone who buys Viking will have reliability problems - stay away!

DO NOT BUY. I would give zero stars if that were an option. The only thing worse than this dishwasher is the Viking customer service - unprofessional, inexperienced, rude and ZERO SERVICE. The company does not stand by their products and they are not like they used to be. I've had 4+ service calls on the dishwasher. The soap cartridge didn't work. The computer needed to be replaced. The dishwasher only works in quick wash mode. The dishwasher leaked all over my floor and damaged the floor. The layout is terrible; you can barely fit anything in it. The dishes are SOAKING WET - there is NO DRYing. Even with sanitize or other finishing options. There are plenty of reputable and more cost-efficient brands that sell a better product than this trash with a brand stuck on (literally). Spend your money on a BOSCH or save your money and get ANYTHING else.

Error code E01 could not be corrected nor repaired during the second year of the manufacturer's warranty. I now get why Best Buy "threw in" this dishwasher when they sold us the Viking Range. Very unreliable. Repair technicians have been dismissive of the brand after three visits.
