DO NOT BUY. I would give zero stars if that were an option. The only thing worse than this dishwasher is the Viking customer service - unprofessional, inexperienced, rude and ZERO SERVICE. The company does not stand by their products and they are not like they used to be. I've had 4+ service calls on the dishwasher. The soap cartridge didn't work. The computer needed to be replaced. The dishwasher only works in quick wash mode. The dishwasher leaked all over my floor and damaged the floor. The layout is terrible; you can barely fit anything in it. The dishes are SOAKING WET - there is NO DRYing. Even with sanitize or other finishing options. There are plenty of reputable and more cost-efficient brands that sell a better product than this trash with a brand stuck on (literally). Spend your money on a BOSCH or save your money and get ANYTHING else.

Error code E01 could not be corrected nor repaired during the second year of the manufacturer's warranty. I now get why Best Buy "threw in" this dishwasher when they sold us the Viking Range. Very unreliable. Repair technicians have been dismissive of the brand after three visits.

Obtained for free with Viking refrigerator purchase. Good quality and looks good.

Equipment was installed with no issues and works perfectly.

This dishwasher has been the bane of my existence as has the 7K Viking stove that we bought along with it. Viking products are all show and no performance. I regret falling for the packaging and buying their stove and dishwasher at such an exorbitant price.

We installed this four years ago and now the seals need replacing as it leaks all over the kitchen floor and the lighting is out when the machine is on.
