I’m in love. I love to cook and have used a 5 burner GE for the last 15 years. Viking is the way to go. It’s pricey but to me worth the cost. Looks great when not in use.

This unit serves as the centerpiece of our kitchen and looks great in the process. 6 burners are good to have for large meals.

This Viking cooktop looks great in my kitchen. I love it, except one burner which doesn’t work. The lighter doesn’t switch off.

I am so disappointed in these products. I recently purchased a microwave, cooktop, double oven, and dishwasher and had them installed 2/2020. I have had issues with ALL of them! This is just some of the issues I have encountered. I purchased the cooktop believing it distributed adequate amount of Liquid propane (LP) on all burners. Well it doesn’t. Needless to say one burner puts out a good amount of LP the rest put out very little. The knob has already fell off the double oven and there was noticeable discoloration patterns in the stainless steel doors. The dishwashers soap dispenser will not remain closed and have not been able to use it since it’s purchase. My advise is check your products as soon as they arrive and open them while the delivery guy is there! If I had to do over again I would NEVER purchase any of these products ever again.

The lighters are very iffy. Sometimes they work and other times they dont! We have to clean around them all the time.

We bought this cooktop a couple of months ago and from the first day of using it, the biggest burner is hard to ignite and occasionally keeps having the clicking sound while it's on. We were told that may happen at the first beginning and it will eventually go away, but it's been a few months already, and still happening. Because of the fact that it's hard to ignite and we smell gas, we reached out to Viking customer service and ask for an exchange, but they said they can only do an exchange when it's not repairable. It doesn't make sense to me that I spent almost $3,000 on an elite cooktop and it's not working properly from the first day but can't get an exchange. And when I request to speak to a manager, she says I can only go to the voice mail. I will not buy any Viking product ever again.

I bought a new Viking Double oven and decided to replace the cooktop stove at the same time. I bought the Viking Professional 5 Series. This 36.7" cooktop works great. I love the thick grates and that the cooktop comes with 6 burners.

We had this in our second home in CA and loved it, so we purchased a second one. Beautiful, efficient cooktop

Only problem we had was installing, we had to wait month and have to finish installing due to complication

Great dishwasher, it runs very quietly! We can do a top load (1/2) or a full load. Dishes come out clean, dry and spotless!
