It’s a good grill but I gave it 3 stars because I don’t think it’s worth the price I paid for. Installation was very complicated and Pacific Sales offered little help. Once everything was finally installed, realized that all the knobs were off and one burner wasn’t working. Wasn’t an issue since it was under warranty but had it not been the Covid time, I would be very upset since I had to spend half a day for someone to come and fix it. So much for quality control. Had higher expectation from Viking.
