Viking professional refrigerator Is the top-of-the-line with all the bells and whistles has plenty of room and is very well lit. Has plenty of storage & more than enough room for everything. It's a bit pricey but worth every penny!

I had high expectations when purchasing the Viking Professional 5 Series Refrigerator from Best Buy, but unfortunately, those expectations were far from met. After just three weeks of use, the refrigerator started freezing everything inside. We immediately reached out to Best Buy, hoping for a quick resolution. However, to our surprise, they refused to send anyone to address the issue and instead directed us to contact Viking directly. We chose to purchase from Best Buy because we trusted their customer service and reliability, but this experience has been deeply disappointing. Having a premium refrigerator fail so soon and then being pushed between the retailer and manufacturer for service is unacceptable. I expected much better from both Viking and Best Buy. Save yourself the trouble and think twice before making this purchase.

I was so excited to have this refrigerator and freezer. So far the Freezer has been great, but the fridge has been awful. We have had issues with it freezing things solid, even though the temp is set to 38 degrees. Issues with the coil freezing up due to a bad sensor and it not going through its defrost cycle The door stop snapped so the door swings WIDE open hitting the wall. Issues with the thing beeping randomly giving an UN-MUTEABLE error code intermittently. Sometimes It would go a month without doing it, then go on a 1 week spree of driving us crazy. Now, 4 years in, my 10,000 dollar refrigerator has a bad compressor. So far, I am being told that even with the sealed components being under warranty I am looking at 1400 in labor. And I must do this though a specific service center to even have the compressor covered, they have me booked for 3 weeks from the time of writing this... I thought I paid for a quality item, but it appears more and more that this thing is built with the cheapest parts possible and wrapped in nice looking Stainless steel to make you think it is quality. Every appliance in my Kitchen Is viking and I will NEVER EVER buy another viking product. The Dishwasher has been another nightmare for us.
