Mark this as a “too good to be true” monitor. Only a few professional reviews out there at the time of purchase, but they were glowing reviews. Shoot, more like “glowing” because of this terrible IPS panel.
First unit arrived with multiple dead pixels and the screen looked like it was adding image grain. Second unit arrived with two dead pixels, massive light bleed, and image grain again. Third unit arrived with EIGHT dead pixels and I didn’t even bother turning it on. I returned the last unit and decided to buy it on Amazon, thinking it was a Best Buy issue.
Ordered on Amazon and received a unit with one dead pixel, mediocre light bleed, and that image grain look again. Second unit from Amazon had four dead pixels, very bad light bleed, and image grain.
I’m guessing Viotek is purchasing sub-par panels and slapping these things together.
Also, the crosshairs from the OSD are terrible and jump around. No option for a frame counter. Doesn’t matter unless you don’t use afterburner, but this is usually a feature on almost all gaming monitors.
The monitor is updated to the latest firmware, yet these issues plague it.

Got it cause this is the only monitor that is 2560x1440 and supports g sync to go with my rtx 3080. Run smooth for many games except for Starcraft 2. Screen stuttering, FPS even down to 0.

The picture is beautiful and the stand came off easily to allow for mounting. The only complaint I have is the menu button is in a very inconvenient position on the back of the monitor making it very difficult to adjust settings since you have to see the screen.

Beautiful screen with very vivid colors! I am so surprised on how cheaper the monitor is for the great features that you get! HDR, 1MS RESPONSE 180 fps. What more could you want? And it's 1440p come on!

This is a decent monitor for the price if you plan on using it on PC, but for Xbox series x use it’s a no go, it will only output 1080p at 120hz, it won’t output 1440p at 120hz and the VRR is greyed out, I tried every setting and couldn’t get it to work, will be returning

Great monitor. Abysmal service from BestBuy

There is an element of panel lottery with this, but, if you get a solid panel, this is unbeatable in it's price range, particularly with the high refresh rate, adjustable stand and outstanding brightness and usable HDR.
Do not however get this from BestBuy, as it's more expensive than from just about any other retailer, including Viotek themselves and BestBuy refuse to honor their price match policy.

This was a very good monitor however not quite 2 years and the monitor went out. I would recommend buying ASUS or Samsung monitors.
