The only thing I don’t like about this monitor is the adaptor area. It takes me at least ten mins of gymnastics and swearing to set my monitor back up because the plugs are so deep in the monitor that it’s near impossible to 1. get the plug in the right hole AND 2. get it to stay in!! (the power cord barely stays in the port, falls out and causes the monitor to shut off). For this reason alone I don’t recommend this product.

I gotta say this is one of the most beautiful monitors I have ever seen. Out of box it is very good, but search online for some recommended settings and it will be unbelievable. I am not sure if DP 1.4 can handle 444 colors at 144hz, I was running at 120. Even the HDR is not as bad as most. Still only screen-space, but no terrible. I had no problem leaving HDR on even for SDR content, my current screen has a problem with dark SDR content when HDR is on. But HDR will cost frames when gaming and the benefits are not that great as even SDR benefits from its great colors. If you get this, get a mount. It comes with the stand-offs you ned for any VESA mount. The included stand is terrible, hence the -1 star. No height nor swivel adjustments and it just takes up a lot of space. I got mine on sale elsewhere and it broke when nephew was trying to adjust my webcam and it fell hitting the screen and cracked it. The drop was not that hard and the cam is not to heavy, so watch for QC. I got a refund but the sale was over so I went to a 32" Dell. It is ok but I miss my UW. If only VioTEK had a 38 with FALD...
