I don't like it the people at the Best Buy Geek Squad did not tell me really how to operate it did not give me the box or the instructions to operate it I don't even know half the time if my vehicle is running without going all the way out to the vehicle in the cold to see if it's running it's supposed to be a two-way starter and it's also supposed to let me know if the vehicle is running but there's no way to tell I was not told how to tell if the vehicle is turned on or not I went out and started it right next to the vehicle and it started up but the remote did not make a beep or anything and as soon as I got in and hit the gas pedal it turned off

The auto start is awesome! Works great ! It’s very nice getting into a nice warm car on a very cold winter day !!!

I had my new purchase Viper car starter installed today and they did a fantastic job. Showed me how to use it and started right away they did a clean install and working fantastic.

Works great so far. Installed on a 2024 Honda Odyssey, along with the SmartSmart module. Best Buy installer took about 45 to install it.

Overall, the experience was good. Initially, the technician did not install the device properly, so I had to book another appointment and visit again. Since then, the remote has been working fine. In terms of service, the staff was excellent—they gave proper attention, were professional, and handled the issue well.

I had the Viper 2-Way, 1-Button Remote Start System installed at Best Buy, and everything went smoothly. The installer was professional, on time, and explained how the system works before I left. The remote start works perfectly, the 2-way confirmation is very convenient, and the single-button remote is simple to use. The installation was clean with no visible wiring. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend both the product and Best Buy’s installation service.

I actually could not use this product. After paying for it, I went to pick it up so it wouldn’t be sent back before the scheduled installation day. The service guy in the installation station told me that it was not 100 percent compatible with my husbands vehicle! They could install it if we wanted but he SHOWED us the issue (won’t operate the air conditioning). Evidently Nissans have this issue. My review is based on this. Perhaps BestBuy’s process of stating a product is compatible, needs to be more inclusive and accurate. If it appears on the installers screen, it should NOT give a customer the ALL GOOD. So now instead of my husbands gift being the 2 way, it is the compuserve 1 way.
