A BIG thanks to Mr Aiden for putting auto start on my daughter’s 2018 Honda HRV. To be honest the process was a bit of a nightmare, but Aiden did a great job when we finally got to instillation time.

No Happy!! Very Poor Customer Service. Unit and Installation was great, once I finally got re-scheduled. Because of poor communication within Best Buy., I was forced to take a day off work, drive an additional 50 miles for installation that was set up by Best Buy that didn’t take place.

Install was good. Appears to be working as expected.

Purchased this remote starter on sale for my sons car. The installer was very quick and professional. He took the time to show my son howto use the starter.

Is so hard to make the car turn on with the remote starter.

My wife LOVES the remote start especially in the cold winter months !

I purchased and installed the Viper Remote Start System for my 2012 Hyundai Elantra at the Best Buy in Boardman, Youngstown, OH. Everything seemed fine at first, but after 4 days, my car started showing a voltage drop in the battery. When I disconnected the remote start system, the battery returned to normal — confirming that the issue came from the product, not my car. When I went back for assistance, the installer Josh was rude and unprofessional. He blamed my car, removed the keyless start connection without my permission, and didn’t even set back the module near the fuse box after removing it. He also said, “You can go outside and get it installed by some third party — I’m not going to do it.” I was told I would not receive any credit for the installation, even though I was willing to switch to another product and mentioned that the online price was cheaper than the store price. Despite having a Total Membership at Best Buy, I was not treated with respect or professionalism. The manager didn’t respond or try to resolve the issue, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The worst experience I’ve ever had at Best Buy — poor product compatibility, careless handling of my car, and unacceptable customer service.

Not sure on the product yet because I needed to order an extra part I didn’t know I needed for the install.

Bought product.. installed and hasn't worked since getting it home. Now im waiting for the service department to have a opening to try and fix ir or return it.

The 3rd time we had failure to this product. Brought it in to correct the problem 3 times. If it happens again, we will request for a different remote starter.

Not very satisfied. IT DOESN'T WORK! I called to talk to store, but got call center. They WILL NOT let you talk to the store. They have ZERO clue how to troubleshoot. I can't afford to continue to make appointments when they can't install the product correctly in the first place. They hung up on me. Great Customer Service. Now I have to pay someone else to fix (probably uninstall and install a unit that will actually work).

The Geek squad tech/specialist was not able to install the unit. I was very disappointed since this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a family member. I went to a local sound shop (Js Soundshop)and they were able to install a compustar remote start.

I was super excited to get my remote start with installation included. They handed it to me at the store AFTER I paid for it they then tell me oh you can't schedule your installation here. We don't have anyone that can do it you'll have to drive 2 hours away to get it installed. So now here I am woth no remote starter.

This starter was never installed. Probably they didn't have in stock so a different one was installed

Would not program correctly. After 3 hours tech realized there was something wrong with the software. Had to order a different brand.
