It works well until it doesn't, we've had to replace this several times over the years and I don't really recommend it unless you're savvy with connecting/reconnecting and troubleshooting these.

My wife just loves her remote starter. The technician is great too and is always friendly and available to change out our batteries when needed. It does seem though that some batteries do not really last too long in some of our past remotes so hopefully this chargeable remote will last longer.

Several attempts to install, in the last my wife was 3 hours for the Geek Squad to tell her that they would not be able to install, according to the installer, she "put all the pieces" in the bag and put it back in the car, when it was the new attempt to During the new attempt to install, Gueek Squad informed me that I would have lost two parts of the set and could not install again, unfortunately I can not say if the product is good or not since it has been almost a month that I bought and still I have not installed it yet. The feeling I had after all these installation attempts is that Best Buy represented by your local manager is of no value to your customer, the worst is to leave the geek squad without having an estimated date for the next installation ...

This remote works wonderfully. I purchased it because the original remote that comes with the Viper remote start is very difficult to use.

Lots of features in this remote. Great for the money once it goes on sale. Not sure if I can go back to no remote start in my car

gift from daughter had it installed at Best Buy 4 1/2 hours later installer said he could not get the one that came with it to work so I had to buy this more expensive one. and had to purchase a wire harness because what came in the box was not the right one.

Lasted about 2 years before the buttons slowly quit working for no apparent reason. Check reviews and see a lot of 1 -star reviews for same issue. A YouTube user suggested a bad internal connection. I took it apart and it did have a bad connection, which I fixed. It seemed to improve the issue, but the buttons more often don't work than they do. This is my 3rd Viper remote.

The 2 way remote is cool the remote gets a response from var to let ukno the command has been excucuted or not

We have multiple remote starts in our vehicles. This one that Viper offers has the best functions. I can roll up and down the windows. Tuen on and off my under glow lights. And so many more options can be programmed in.

Nice remote. Having 2 way confirmation telling you so many features that are on or off is nice.

Works great with my Toyota 2012 Camry! The basic remote that didn’t have user friendly buttons. This one does the job!!

After 3 years my remote finally stopped working. Pick up this replacement and I programmed it myself. This is a great upgrade from the original. The new ones have a mini usb to charge the remote when it is going dead.

This was a great upgrade to my single button viper alarm. This also allows you to reset different aspects of how the alarm is programmed like shock sensitivity.

Bought for my 2001 Ram and I am enjoying it , now that the cold weather is setting in here in Michigan
