It’s a great product. I like the idea that’s its rechargeable.

Good controls only thing is the key chain it is on

This was a great upgrade from the one button remote.

Works great from a far distance like that it is rechargeable and not batteries. I like it better than the fob that it came with.

This keyfob was working perfectly fine, however the main keyfob was taken in for a simple battery and the keyfob needed to be paired with the automobile. A new keyfob was provided, and this spare (second) keyfob was INACTIVATED! Why was this keyfob DEACTIVATED from the automobile.

I knew I needed a second remote. Bob set me up with the right one. Works great! Thank you!

The product is great, but i cant make an appointment to have it intalled. Everytime i call they say they have no openings. So it has just been sitting on my desk for over a month. Havent been used yet.

Works just like the original remote, would definitely purchase again if needed

Was GREAT the first couple of months. Then it stopped beeping when it had a low battery. Bought it to Best Buy, they said I had to contact Viper. 3 email to viper (can't find a phone #) they finally replied one and told me to contact the store that I purchased from. I brought it to Best Buy, again. They has a geek squad person open the remote and make sure it was all connected, Worked for a little while (still now low charge beep)then stopped holding a charge again! I'm getting the run around and am very frustrated. I can't toss $100 to get a replacement. When I plug it in to charge, I get 4 green lights but the top is orange!

Purchased this to put a remote start and alarm system in my car, but the remote/alarm itself has too many issues where it doesn't unlock my car when I initially attempt to press the button and I have to press the button multiple times....for how much I paid I can't deny the disappointment.

I will give an update once installed. But the remote looks nice :)

Was a nice remote until it got lost due to the weak key ring thats on them suggesting better quality key ring my opinion

Tech paired my car key fob with alarm. He didn’t give me the remote.

Be prepared for this remote to fail...2 out of three remotes did not last more than 3 months... Get the BESTBUY PRODUCT INSURANCE...I’m not a tech genius but my guess is that the rechargeable battery no longer held the charge... charged it long enough... I’m IRATE

Product was purchased along with compatible Viper remote car starter. Both products were installed by Best Buy on December 24, 2018. As if today (1/42019) it will not work and will not recharge. Disappointed, $100 wasted!

Would not work on my car. 2021 Dodge Challenger. It did work on my 2014

It looked good but didn't work for remote start in my 2016 Toyota Tundra. :\
