I have to return it because I feel like it’s not stable and does meet the range promised

After charging tbe remote one time the guts of the charging port are broken. Its been to long now to return, so now i have an expensive remote that doesnt work.

Indicates that the car started and you can unlock all the doors with one click.

the first one lasted 2 weeks and wouldn't keep a charge .i received a replacement which cost me more time from work .i have had it for 1 day .not sure how long this one will last

This product is horrible. I haven't had it a month and it's not working! It won't hold a charge and I am unable to recharge it!!!

My remote can't hold a charge. Waste of money. Now, I have to contact the manufacturer and hopefully get a new one before Winter.

Lasted only 9 months before going out. Not impressed with the longevity for the price we paid.

I only like the remote control becuase only one thing works and I wanted more than one thing.

I upgraded my 1-way remote to this 2-way and it was well worth it! I find it very necessary having the indicator showing the successful actions. The lights and sounds make it very easy to use and was very simple to pair to my existing unit!

So glad I upgraded to this two way remote. It works great! I charge it every two weeks or so just in case. Overall, excellent product.

was great, worked for years! now buying another one for a newer car.

Great upgrade from the piece of crap remote that came with the Viper remote start that I got for a Christmas gift. By far worth the price, but in my opinion, should have came with the unit.

Use of remote is excellent. The part to attach to key ring keeps cracking. Expensive endless replacements

I don’t know if mine is defective but I have to be pretty close to my car for this to be useful. My fob has a blue light that flicks for a second when buttons pushed and that’s it. The only way I can tell if my car is started is if I go look at the car. I paid 99 extra for this remote and I’m disappointed. It also came without a charging cable. The phone app is also useless. It only works when I’m in the car lol. I think next time I’ll pay extra and go to the car dealership and get one installed, it’s about the same price and you get help with questions, called Best Buy about the remote and they wanted to give me an appt in 6 weeks to answer any questions on a product they already installed!
