I love my remote starter it save me time and I can warm my Jeep up anywhere I go.

Great way to start your commute with a warm secure car. Installation was performed at Best Buy and was excellent with a tech that took time to explain product.

I like this product because it starts my car from a distance. BUT it is ridiculously annoying that I have to keep charging this product every day. This keyless remote does not stay charged and i use this remote twice a day. Buy if u have patience.

I was going to buy the cell phone option to make sure I could start my car from a distance. The tech told me about this. It works thru walls and quite a long distance. Blinking lights confirm the start and you can turn the car off as well.

I like the keyless entry and being able to start my car before I get in. Mike at Best Buy installation dept rocks! He patiently explained to me how to use it. Great customer service !

This is for Viper Automatic Car Start. We had it installed at Best Buy they first gave us an appointment on January 2, 2024. But we talked to the installer and he was able to fit us in 2 weeks earlier. They did a great job with installation and it has been working great. I would buy this again and have them do the install as well.

I work in a big factory and to my surprise this literally started my truck from the opposite side. I’d guess the factory is about 500 yards long and it started my truck through the concrete walls and everything.

Works great and the Geek squad team that installed my keyless entry also programmed the new remote. They were amazing.

This was a replacement for my original remote that was crushed. This was easy to pair and has a micro USB to charge (as opposed to the watch battery that needs replacing). This is a nice remote control that is actually an improvement over the original! Highly recommend.

I strongly recommend getting this remote. It has a two way receiver and you will receive a green light indicating that your car has started. It will stay lighted for 12 minutes and turn off after 12 minutes. I love this remote.

This is my 3rd remote starter of viper brand no complain in last 10 years.

I paired this with my 4806v system which is nice since now I no longer use a remote that would need replacement batteries. This one is usb rechargeable. Once I get the DS4+, I'll have the 2nd channel of this remote to work that so I'll have 2 systems on one remote. The charge lasts a long time.

I haven’t used it very much at this point because I own two vehicles and I drive my work van most of the time . However I like it from what little I have used it and I am considering putting a viper on my work van in the future, thanks for the great Best Buy service !

I love my Viper remote start system. It never fails to start for me. I didn't have a FOB for my truck and now I do with the Viper system just a bonus for me killing two birds with one stone. Well worth the money.

Purchased the viper smart start remote start system and read nothing positive about the remote included. Made the decision to upgrade and do not regret one bit. Great range and has bright lights to provide a clear understanding if the function was successful or not.

Remote works great. For some reason when the remote start is used, the doors won’t lock. Other wise doors lock.

2way multi button remote is much better than the single button one way remote that came with the system. Only shame is it is so expensive to purchase this upgrade. The new remote ended up being half the cost of the entire remote start sytem. Paired to vehicle myself very quickly.

I like the ease of use and that fact that it lights up brightly so I know what function is in use on the car. It is very efficient.
