Purchased the viper smart start remote start system and read nothing positive about the remote included. Made the decision to upgrade and do not regret one bit. Great range and has bright lights to provide a clear understanding if the function was successful or not.

Remote works great. For some reason when the remote start is used, the doors won’t lock. Other wise doors lock.

2way multi button remote is much better than the single button one way remote that came with the system. Only shame is it is so expensive to purchase this upgrade. The new remote ended up being half the cost of the entire remote start sytem. Paired to vehicle myself very quickly.

I like the ease of use and that fact that it lights up brightly so I know what function is in use on the car. It is very efficient.

Love that im able to recharge this remote. I've also won a couple bucks on the range off this bad boy. A lot of people are surprises by its range.

Excellent, absolutely love it!!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good remote starter. Very pleased, will more than likely be purchasing one on the next vehicle, if not already installed.

We're so happy with this 2-way remote, because the one that comes with the Viper is so small. This remote gives you a green light when your car has started. Lets you know that everything is working like it should.

It works great after a few days of getting used to it. Had to download the manual to program it if I had to do it again I would have the installer do his thing not a big fan of the rechargeable battery but the battery life is super long.

Quick and professional installation .... works perfectly .... now I have a reliable and useful alarm system that I can control from a considerable distance .... piece of mind

Upgrade from remote that came with starter, works great

This remote is much better than the one that comes with the remote starter. I don't understand why they charge you extra to buy the better remote when it should be part of the remote start pkg. Must be a price point issue

This remote is very much useful compared to the one which came with the kit. You can get the signal back with green light indicates that your signal was send successfully. And it is easy to use than the single button remote.

I wish I hadgotten this sooner. Much easier than the one that came with the Viper alarm.
