Got for my wifes car to start engine in cold great range and works with my car remotes and viper phone app also can start and stop engine and lock and unlock doors.

It works great, long distance remote start. Also bestbuy installation persons dod a great job

The Best Buy tech recommended that I use the fob instead of the bluetooth option, because the bluetooth option just doesn't work well. Other reviews said the same thing, so I decided to use the fob. The problem is that the fob included in the package is not very reliable--it wouldn't unlock my doors after remote start. So I ended up buying an upgraded remote, which works very well.

My Viper remote start works great with my 91 BMW 850. Previously, the old remote lock/unlock did not work. I now have that functionality regained plus have remote start. Also, the app functionality is great. works well from inside my house to the car in the garage (detached). This is without the paid service. Everything I was looking for. Perfect!

Very simple to use. Great range from both your key fob and the starter remote. Even has app capability to start from your phone.

Now that Winter is on us, The VIPER Auto Start has come in Very Handy. It could be that I have an older car 2014 but I have not been able to get it to connect to the APP. The installation was 1/2 done and occasionally the wire that runs along the inside of the windshield to the receiver falls and I have to tuck it back up there. I have to remember, when parking my car to set the defrost, heat, and seat warmer, if not when you start it in the morning it just starts your car on .

So far it's an excellent addition to my girlfriend vehicle, she moved to a place without a garage last year and this was my gift to her. Should have gotten it sooner don't really know why I waited, actually gonna get one for my truck now.

I have an order diesel truck. Had one little issue with it. The installer Brandon is awesome. Really good dude. Took the extra time concerned about the situation and called me the next day seeing how the results were. Not only making sure it was still working but did research on my specific vehicle troubleshooting other ways to be able to fix the issue. A+. Brandon and his assistant definitely deserve a raise. I had this product installed 12/31/18 by a Best Buy tech. The install went Faster than i anticipated. The tech was very pleasant. The provided remote works nicely. I have yet to test out the range but so far it works for the distance that i will be using it from most of the time. I like that I can use my Factory keyfob to start it. The Bluetooth remote via smart phone app works from a lot farther than I anticipated. I’m not sure how often I will use this feature but It is nice to have.

I suffered a lot with winter last year , So I decided to get remote starter for my car , Just I went there to check what is the cost & estimate which one is good , Best Buy team member really help me out for everything & they recomend me viper 2 way , I like there recomendation, After installation they help for other things. to like smart start. Geek squad installer was really friendly & helpful everything , I was using !st time .

It works as it says but the fob that comes with it is a piece of junk so I had to order a new one online 70$ cheaper than BB it works great very easy to program but it too feels like a cheap weird thing in pocket that will snap in half when you sit down. Otherwise seems to work fine
