this was a Christmas gift for my son and he couldn't be happier. The range is great and he was thrilled with the installation staff. they installed it quickly and with out any issues. I think it was a good value for the money.

Really cool feature that you can crank your truck so your windows can be ice free in the mornings. Every car are truck should have this if you ask me. Easy remote simple to use. Not very expensive considering the feature. So glad i finally got best buy to install

Bought for someone as a gift and they say it works great. They have been using it everyday for the last 2 yrs and have not had any issues.

I bought this viper remote starter about 2 years ago and no complaint whatsoever besides me misplacing the remote not on them so I have no complaints it stills work without the remote using my unlock and lock button.

The included remote range is really good and works every time. Installation at BestBuy was quick and troublesome. The only issue is that the included Bluetooth functionality it's a hit or miss, only connected to vehicle once and never did it again.

I love my remote starter. I put it on a 2008 base tacoma that I got from my aunt who never drove it. So I figure it would be worth putting this being on it. So my best buy team in Chesapeake va were awesome. There is one guy there who really loves helping us DIY guys who work on their own stuff but don't trust anyone to mess with their stuff. He was awesome, I connected after market remote lock system, he got it working......about a month into owning my viper, it stopped working correctly. I had to wait for an appointment almost 6 weeks. Glad I did, my guy was working, knew what was up and re paired my tach so it would stay running after it would startup. I am mad that the other tech was a jerk in the beginning and not bothering to help me, said I had to make appointment......no compassion for that guy, go see Kenny. Great guy, thanks best buy

I bought this remote start on sale previously owned a viper remote start with gps . Although I can’t start it with my phone from anywhere , i can still use my phone up to 200 ft. The included key fob is good to 1500 ft. Starts every time . Best Buy Manahawkin did an awesome job on the install , installers name was Nick.

Best buy had an awesome sale that included free installation. Well as most of you know, older cars dont have the computer systems like newer cars. It took the installer literally 6/7 hours because programing just wasn’t as easy. I get the truck back and get it home and it stopped working. At thar point i wanted it removed but friends said just go back and see what they can do. I go back, the installer came out right away. Took him 3 seconds to program it and 3 weeks later its still working perfectly. Highly recommend Best Buy in Tinley Park and Quincy Greene the installer for never giving up!

this Viper - DS4 + Remote Start System - Black is great, it fits perfectly in my vehicle, it works perfectly. With this device I can already start my vehicle from a distance, it is very good for the snow season and why not also for when it is very hot

Had this installed on my 2016 Chrysler Town & Country. The Bestbuy tech was friendly and professional. Installation only took a little over an hour. Able to start from my living room using iPhone. I like that it reads back that it started ok with a time stamp. For the price this is a great deal.

This works great. Unfortunately my car got totaled (no fault of my own) a few months after I got it, but I had it all winter and it was really nice. Much cheaper than buying a new car! Keep in mind this tends to go on sale so you might want to watch the price for a while.

Great remote starter. Having the app to lock, unlock and start the vehicle is an added bonus. Installation was fast and professional

The Geeksquad installation was quick (45 min) with the remote that's coming with it. As the range is limited to 5000 ft, I decided to go for the 2 way remote separately and I configured myself which took about 20 min. It's all good and so helpful for the morning hours in that wintery weather.

Bought the Viper remote start for my son's Toyota Corolla 2010. It comes with a one way remote start. You can replace the remote with a 2-way remote or add another remote. The remote can go up to half mile. I will probably buy this again for our new Toyota 4Runner.

I LOVE IT. It is working great!! Good feeling to get into a warm vehicle in the cold morning.
