Works great! App isn't perfect, but everything else is what I need!

Buying online and picking up in store was difficult. Came w/Free Install and other accessories for the install. The associate at in store pick up overlooked those parts after I asked him repeatedly for them. I was told install department had them. I disagreed and made my way to have the install tech handle the issue. He was annoyed and confirmed I was right when he came back from in store pick up with mentioned accessories. Install was great! Came on time and was met promptly. About an hour wait for install. Tech provided a tutorial to explain the ways in which my Viper DS4+ can remotely start car. 1) Viper remote that was included. Range matches as labeled in open area. 2) Bluetooth through cellphone. 3) Car key that is dual keyless entry buttons. It’s been a month and a half. Only complaint is I cannot use the cellphone to panic or pop the trunk. But that might not be N option with this model. Haven’t look either, yet.

The included remote range is really good and works every time. Installation at BestBuy was quick and troublesome. The only issue is that the included Bluetooth functionality it's a hit or miss, only connected to vehicle once and never did it again.

Works like a charm. They had take it back apart because they forgot to program my factory remotes. The one button remote can be used as well.

I bought my previous remote starter from Best Buy and it worked great. Now that I got another car, I needed one again. This was a cheaper option and the reviews seemed “okay”, plus it was on sale at the time lol. I wasn’t able to get an appointment until Jan 3rd, 2022, but that makes sense because winter is an essential time for remote starters here in Minnesota! I’ll be back with an updated reviews after my install!

My son loves this car starter and uses it daily in the winter to warm up his car. He raves about the luxury of entering a warm car in the cold, winter months. It was easily installed and we haven’t had any issues. Highly recommend!

Amazing product, I love it specially because I can start my car with my phone without having to pay extra for the service, and I can also lock and unlock my car without having to worry about getting the keys out of my purse. 100% recommended!!!!

Had some confusion linking with mobile phone, as I'm not very tech savvy, but the installer helped get my and wife's phones connected thru the app, all works as should, very pleased with install and operation.

Awesome product and reliable to start every time. I would not go with another vehicle without the remote start system. This viper system has excellent range & makes getting into your warm car a treat when the temps are below zero.

I’ve had a remote start on my vehicles for the past 15 years. I purchased this one for my Toyota RAV4 and it works great. The installation guys were great, very professional and knowledgeable, and they had me in and out within 3 hours.

The best car mod I've EVER done! This is without question the best car mod I've ever, EVER done! The range on this remote puts the factory ones to absolute, need-my-safe-space-shame! I also LOVE the pit-stop function! I'm in my car a lot for my job and being able to leave the car running while I run in and out really quick is SO important (especially down in the deep-sweaty-South). I am also SO glad that I went with the 2-way, that confirmation is SO nice. This system has SO many features that will make your life easier. I am also SO glad that I had the Geeks install it. I'm a pretty technical person and while it's possible for someone to do it themselves, it's not worth the headache and research needed (software involved for example). Just one-and-done it!

Great product. I am able to start the car without having to step outside and I love the function of being able to keep the car on without leaving the keys in. Makes winter bearable!! I recommend asking Best Buy to install. Process was seamless and took no more than 30min

I take good care of my car, and I love to give the engine some time to heat up before i drive, but the wait in the car is not ideal. I got this and was able to switch on the car while i make my cup of coffee in the morning! When im done with the coffee and out of the door l, im ready to hit the road, and my car engine is heated up and good to go also! That convenience is worth it! Saves you time and wont harm your engine to get in and go.

Very pleased with remote start. Wonderful to have for the winter months and even summer. I only wish it didnt make the car honk when it has started up. Im sure it could wake up the neighbors if I'm parked in the driveway.

Works excellent only problem is if you put on dodge if you ever go to dealership for some type electric or radio work they make up reason Why aftermarket part is causing the issues charged me almost 300 to uninstall it just so they can program a new radio when In reality all they needed to do was disconnect it from obd smh dealership get over badly I just returned it didn’t want hassles

So ive been wanting to have remote start on my car for a while so i pulled the trigger on the Viper DS4VB Remote start. I choose the option to have it installed and couldnt be happier. The guy were extremely friendly and eager to help. You can tell when someone has a great deal of experience because the confidence is through the roof. My overall experience was just painless couldnt even tell they were in my car at all. Such a professional experience id definitely recommend any install needed for your vehicles no matter what it is. Thanks guys you all deserve a spotlight moment.
