I had originally bought a CompuStar 4900S-KIT and showed up to have that installed, but the tech mechanic recommended this instead. Which had ended up working out better, and took less time to install than the other system would have since the CompuStar didn't have a T-harness. It's worked exactly as it should with my 2012 Jeep Patriot and I LOVE it! I upgraded to a 2-way remote because I wanted confirmation that the vehicle had started. It's been installed for almost a month now and I don't have any complaints. HUGE shoutout to TJ at the Mt. Juliet Best Buy (the closest store to me, and still an hour away). He was absolutely amazing, very friendly, and informative. I'd recommend him to anyone I know. Thanks, TJ!

Works well nice very nice getting into a warm car we really like that it shuts off when the door is opened so no worries about theft

Great purchase and not too expensive. I would purchase another one for other vehicles. The key fob it comes with isn't very good. Spend the extra money and purchase the upgraded fob.

The Best Buy staff installed this on a 2017 Escape, and it seems to work well. The instructions were a little unclear on first use, but got over that issue. Only small issue, is that it only came with 1 remote. They had to program the Ford Key to use the lock button as a remote starter as well.

I saw this on sale on thnxgvng so i went and got one. Installation took only a couple hours. Remote start works just fine, however the bluetooth remote option doesnt work well. only works when ur a few feet from the car which the cars own key fob could do. doesnt seem worth to buy this if not included with the install package coz its too expensive.

I called all over town and this was the most reasonable priced one i could find. So far the quality seems great! the person who installed it was very informative and excellent also. It also has a lifetime warranty!

Works pretty well so far, has good range when it works, but sometimes the Viper remote doesn't start the car and I have to use the lock button on my key fob instead. All in all it is fine for the price, but 2 way communication would be a great upgrade so you could tell whether or not the car was running.

this little gadget is the best invention. i would recommend it to everyone. easy to use, and especially in the cold weather it is the best

This was ordered as a gift for my daughter. She loves having a car starter and it is working great! The price and the ease of setting up the installation worked out so well for us!

Bought this for my Subaru and it has been worth every cent. Took a few tries but I finally have it figured out. I don’t have to be near the car for remote to work, I just click and be thankful I can get into a hot car when it’s single digits outside. You don’t get to use the app features unless you pay a subscription which I don’t need it anyway. Never read it on the box that a subscription is required but whatever, works great. Tech was great, very helpful and got it done much quicker than expected.

I love this remote start. It works really well. I got installed at Best Buy in a day. I drop my car off at Best Buy at 1:30 and was ready by 5:00. I have had for 4 months now and I haven’t had an issue. It easy to use. And I got at a good price.

Not as expensive as you would think and Geek Squad installed it in about an hour. Great range on the remote and the features in the app are awesome. You can set a schedule when you want your vehicle to start!

Having the remote starter installed has been exactly what i was looking for. It’s only Bluetooth distance without the annual fee of using cellular service but it’s all I wanted. Works great. Doesn’t have any issues except for when I’m out of range and it doesn’t work gets frustrating, but it is indeed what I wanted. I’ll consider adding the cellular option maybe in time so I can control my truck from further distances. For a free app though, no complaints.

I love this! I installed it in my old 2015 Nissan car that did not have a remote start option. Now, early in the morning when I go to work, my car is warm and toasty. I've recommended it to my coworkers, and I am planning to get it installed for my mom's birthday.

It's so nice having the remote start especially this winter. The remote works perfectly and the installation process went smoothly. Well worth the money!

Works good. Keeps about a two week charge before it dies. Wished it was battery operated instead of usb. Good range for starting.
