Works well just like it states on the box. The installation was included in the price which helps. Its nice for my wife to have a warm car in the winter.

An ok starter. Sometimes it starts and sometimes it doesn't. I usually have to try multiple times before it will start if it will at all. Great when it works.

If your looking for a simple system that just starts your car then this is the best product for you. It works amazingly. It just has one touch button and does what the old system does. The only thing is that if you want the feature to start it from your phone, it costs extra to have the feature. Other than that Viper is a great product to have

Was not compatible with my car. I started having issues with my car where my key stopped connecting to my car and wouldn’t start. Mind that is is negative weather out with 2 babies in the car. Brought it back to Best Buy and they made me go to the dealership to see if there was an issue with my car or if it truly was the remote starter that was the issue. They said they would reimburse me for it if so. Went to the dealership they charged me a few hundred and told me it was the remote starter. Went back to Best Buy and they removed my car starter and surely it was the issue. They refused to reimburse me not only for my dealership visit that they told me to go to and would reimburse but also didn’t even refund me for the remote starter installation which was also several hundred. They were extremely knowledgeable when I told them I had a light on my dashboard that finally disappeared and solved once they removed the remote starter, the girl there said oh yeah that light means your key is connected…. (It literally was the light showing the key wasn’t connecting). She was rude about the whole thing didn’t get to speak to a manager it was just this girl this ran the front desk. They left part of the remote starter on my key so I also had to drive all the way back to return it. Just so inconvenient and the worst experience ever. They tried to give me $50 store credit to make up for the hundreds that I had to spend all for me to not have a remote starter in the end.

Great! Should of gotten sooner! The distance on the remote is superb- definitely would get again if i have a vehicle without factory remote start.

It's a lifesaver. No more getting in a freezing car. I park outside, so this is a blessing. The remote works very well. I start the car from inside the house about 5 minutes before I am ready to leave. The car is warm and the seat is heated. The installation team was wonderful and efficient. I love this product. Highly recommend
