Bought this for a jeep and it does work. After taking a vacation after 10 months of install truck wont start battery is completely dead never had this issue before the install. Bought new battery for the truck. 4 days later battery dead again called geek squad too fix issue with install they told me didn't purchase warranty not our problem. So I have to burn fuel every two days and start the truck so the battery doesn't die will not buy this for any other car I own or have geeksquad do anything for install again. They have my money and don't care about the wear and tear and environmental impact of this issue has let alone my wallet for fuel. I traced the short down to the remote starter.

Although technicians put enough time to install and no problem with the installation, however the product doesn’t work even It claim to have 150 feet of a range to operate through the mobile app but it it doesn’t work on with the 10 feet of a distance and the key fob programmed it often confuse, and that is like absolutely no way of knowing if the car has started or not Not happy

I'm very happy with the remote start system. However, I am still not able to get connected to the remote start via my cell phone.

Bought this for my Girlfriend’s daughter who has to leave for school by 6:45. The Michigan winters can be brutal at times. She was thrilled at no longer having to go out to start her car each morning now! Definitely would recommend

Paired this item with SmartStart and so far works great. The remote it comes with is pretty slow at unlocking the doors though. After a remote start has been started it only allows me to use the viper remote to unlock my doors rendering my fast factory remote useless. Other than that I like the product.

Works great - a warm car and no window scraping! Technicians installed in a reasonable amount of time and explained operation in detail and providing tips. This is the second one they have installed in my vehicles.

I purchased this remote started as a Thanks Giving door buster and I'm very much satisfied with the purchase. The product works well. It came with Geek Squad installation and Eric @ Saginaw Store is wonderful. He quickly setup my appointment and on the day of appointment the installation quick and he explained all features clearly.
