Good product and most important good quality, and the dervice was excellent

Having the remote starter installed has been exactly what i was looking for. It’s only Bluetooth distance without the annual fee of using cellular service but it’s all I wanted. Works great. Doesn’t have any issues except for when I’m out of range and it doesn’t work gets frustrating, but it is indeed what I wanted. I’ll consider adding the cellular option maybe in time so I can control my truck from further distances. For a free app though, no complaints.

not compatiable with the vehicle i bought it for and was exchanged for compustar by bestbuy without even telling me. said that there parts and service and hard to deal with. And then had to have the compustar remote removed because it drained the battery and wouldnt start. Said it was because it was a toyota but it could have been many things, even the techs installing it. But then the they only refunded me 201.39 instead of 317.99 and im still dealing with a headache after this purchase. AVOID if you own a toyota or have any of your electronics installed by bestbuy i guess.

The starter works well for me and has a very good range. I purchased for my father who is older and he has trouble using the small fob. I was able to adapt it to make it more USABLE for him.

The viper remote is a good purchase very. I bought it because its convenient especially when taking the kids to school. I live in Colorado so you can imagine how cold it gets during the winter. I wish the button was soft cushion because it's hard to tell if I pressed correctly to start the engine. Other than that I am very happy with the purchase!!!

This remote start is awesome. It reaches from pretty far away and the fob is small and looks nice. It operates exactly like you expect it to and have had no issues!

Works well. Has long range. Installation crew was professional but a little shot on the freindly part. Wouldn't stop me from going there again.

I love the remote start so far. I had it installed at best buy for my 1999 Chevy Suburban. It works well and definitely serves its purpose for me.

After a few attempts, the install team made it right. Don't let anyone tell you it isn't possible. Remote start works well with factory alarm. Great range with added remote.
